We are thrilled to announce that FoMoney is launching on the Sui Testnet. Get ready to play, achieve higher scores, and even reach the coveted BITCOIN tile. This guide will walk you through the steps to get started with FoMoney on the Sui Testnet.

Step 1: Understand the Game Rules
Before diving into the game, it’s crucial to familiarize yourself with the rules. Click on “PLEASE READ RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE PLAYING” within the game interface to access the game rules.

Step 2: Connect your Wallet
To play FoMoney, you can connect multiple SUI wallets to purchase KEYs and participate in the game.
For the best experience, we highly recommend registering a new wallet dedicated to FoMoney.
Create a New Wallet on Nightly Wallet
Download the Nightly wallet from https://nightly.app/download and add it to your browser.
Create a new wallet or restore an existing one.
Choose SUI as the default network and select your preferred language. Remember to keep your private key and recovery phrase secure.
Switching to Testnet:
a. Open your Nightly Wallet and click on the sidebar menu in the top left corner.
b. Navigate to “Settings,” select “Network,” and switch it to “Testnet.”

a. Click on the sidebar menu and go to “Settings”
b. Select “Trusted apps” and click on the “FoMoney” bar.
c. Choose your desired time period and toggle the switch on the right to activate.
Step 3: Choose Your Team
FoMoney progresses in exciting seasons, each lasting 24 hours.
As a player, you’ll choose to join either the [Chain team] or the [Meme team] and remain loyal to your team throughout the season.
Obtaining SUI Test Tokens:
You can also get test tokens on the website by clicking Faucet after choosing your team. The starting price of 1 KEY is around 0.15 SUI, and the estimated fee for reaching 2048/BITCOIN tile is 10 SUI. Make sure that you have claimed enough test tokens for purchasing KEY and finishing game.
Step 4: Purchase KEYs
To start your FoMoney journey, acquire at least 1 KEY using SUI and mint a minimum of 1 Game NFT. The starting price of 1 KEY is around 0.15 SUI, and the price of KEYs would increase as the amount of SUIs in the prize pool increases. Make sure that you have enough test tokens for purchasing KEYS.
Only whole number KEYs grant access to the game, and each KEY is bound to a single season, remaining untradeable until the season ends
Step 5: Play the Game
FoMoney follows the classic 2048 rules, with pictures replacing numbers on the tiles. Click “Mint New Game” to begin. The minted Game NFT will record your current game state.
Turn on the Auto-confirm function on Nightly and set your desired time period to simplify the transaction approval process.
Use the ←→↑↓ keys (on PC) to combine identical tiles and merge them into one. When three identical blocks align, the rightmost pair will unite first.
When the game ends, check your highest score and top tile. Refresh the page to start a new game.
You may find your Game NFTs in your wallet.
Step 6: Leaderboard
You can view your previous games on the Leaderboard, where you can reload unfinished games or review completed ones. Submit your games with tiles of 256 or higher to the Leaderboard and see how you stack up! You can also view the rankings on the leaderboard as well.
